One of the fastest, cheapest, and most effective ways to kick a case of the blues is to head outdoors and Walk it off! At least one half hour of brisk walking can help blow out the cobwebs. Now, if we´re talking about full blown depression, and not just the blues (you know the difference girl!) talk it out with your doctor. But if you´re just feeling low, walking is a proven remedy that just also happens to shape your fanny and calves too!
