Place the thumb side of your fist against your abdomen, just below your navel. b) Grasp your fist with the other hand. Give a quick upward thrust into your abdomen. This may cause the food to pop out. c) Repeat thrusts until the food pops out. Be prepared for the uneventful and unexpected!
